Name, colors, logo and icons
The solution will have the name, colors and logo of your Institution with icons and PIN Card adapted to your image.
Multiple access deliveries
Delivery of accesses in the Footer of the report or sent by Email, SMS and/or WhatsApp for immediate access, even on the move.
How does the process work?
The Institution starts the process as soon as it registers the exam or the patient in the system. At this point, the system automatically generates a PIN Card with an access code and a unique QR Code.
The Institution sends access to the patient through the defined channels — Email, SMS, WhatsApp, exam report and/or printed physical card.
With this data, the patient or the attending physician accesses the hCare link without the need for installations and immediately obtains the exam or clinical history, being able to view the images, download the study with DICOM viewer included and consult the report.

Frequently asked questions
Access to exams more sustainable, simple and digital.
Is it possible to share just a direct link?
Yes. A link can be generated that automatically redirects to the DICOM viewer with the exam or to the history of exams made available to the patient.
How is the patient notified?
By Email with the options: Direct Access Web Link; Digital card with a QR Code + access PIN; Report including in the footer the QR Code + Web Link + Access PIN.
By SMS, through the activation of the SMS module, with Web Link + access PIN.
Is the clinical data safe?
Yes. All information is encrypted and follows security and privacy standards applicable to the healthcare sector.
Is access via the link and PIN always available?
No. The duration of access is defined by the Institution. After the defined time, access with the PIN card is not allowed, and it is necessary to create and make available a new card.
Do patients need to create an account?
No. Access is automatically provided by the Institution when creating the patient's account or in the exam file. The generated link and PIN can be sent by SMS, Email, WhatsApp or printed if necessary.
Where do digital accesses go?
The PIN card with the accesses can be sent by SMS, Email, WhatsApp or inserted in the footer of the exam. This digital card can be added to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet.
What if the patient does not have digital access?
We provide tools for printing the PIN card when strictly necessary. The physical PIN card can be shared with third parties to access the exams.
How to prove the environmental gain?
It is possible to generate a monthly impact report, based on the number of exams scanned through the hCare link, allowing to quantify reductions in paper printing.
